PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  1. The Editorial Board decides which texts are sent to Reviewers.
  2. For the purpose of the evaluation of each submission, at least two independent Peer Referees – who are experts in the Shoah studies or in the field that the manuscript covers – are invited.
  3. The Editorial Board pays attention to avoid any conflict of interest in the procedure.
  4. An Author or Authors of the submission and the Referees do not know their respective identities (double-blind review process).
  5. The form for the review can be found here: (DOCX).
  1. The Board sends both reviews to the Authors. If they are positive, the Author is obliged to send two completed and signed statements via e-mail: an author’s statement http://www.wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl/sites/wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl/files/authors-statement.doc; and a statement concerning work submitted for publication http://www.wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl/sites/wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl/files/statement-concerning-work-submitted-for-publication.doc.
  2. Each year, the list of Reviewers is updated on the website.
